News – Level-5 International America Site Opened, Asks What Game You Want

I don’t plan to cover any dub Inazuma Eleven stuff in the future (unless they miraculously keep the original names), but…

LEVEL-5 has opened its official site for its International America side:
Official Site: http://www.level5ia.com
Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/LEVEL5_IA
Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/LEVEL5IA

The facebook has opened a poll (question) asking What unreleased LEVEL-5 game is the most exciting to you?

Choose where your voice and vote go wisely. +__+

Btw, some personal notes: Does anyone really think they WON’T bring Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney over? Does it even NEED votes? It’s not even available in Japan yet either, so I wish they hadn’t added it to the list at all… (Just for the record, I’m totally excited for that game myself since I’ve played everything in the Gyakuten Saiban series and am slowly going through Layton. But THINK, people.)

News – Inazuma Eleven GO Site Updates

Just a few highlights from updates to the Official Site (spoilers abound):

So yeah… WATCH THE VIDEOS NOW!!!

Btw, the “Endou’s wife” poll is still going. The official verdict is out but I’ll leave this up as a memento!

And don’t forget the game this is all about!!

Console: Nintendo Wii
Released: July 16, 2011

*edit* There’s a special note on the bottom stating that the view count is dependent on YouTube’s counter functions, so the numbers on the site may not be an accurate depiction of the current view count. Also quite possible that overloading on the videos causes the view count to stop altogether, temporarily. Bah technology. XD;

*edit2* View count goal numbers changed (100k to 40k, etc), probably because of the flooding problems. Gogogo!

*edit3*
1. 40,000 views: Are there other Avatars other than “Holy Sword Lancelot” and “Instrumentalist Maestro”?
-Aviator Falco
-Conjurer Purim
-Machine Soldier Galleus

*edit4*
2. 70,000 views: What are Kidou, Kazemaru, Fubuki, Kabeyama, Fudou and Fuyuka doing now?
…Self-explanatory

*edit5*

*edit6

Also self-explanatory

*edit7*
5. 250,000 views: Endou Mamoru’s wife revealed!
The verdict is out! Congratulations~

And a new goal set for 350k, obviously as an inside joke from previous campaigns… lolol

*edit8* July 28, 2011
6. 350,000 views: Gojou’s appearance in Inazuma Eleven GO!
Since the image has the movie copyright on the bottom, his appearance is probably for the movie? XDD

End of campaign!

News – B’sLOG Inazuma Eleven Character Poll

Otome game magazine (games targeted for girls) B’sLOG has started a public Character Poll for Inazuma Eleven to run from May 27 to June 30, 2011. The top 3 characters with the most votes from this poll will be featured in an exclusive illustration for B’sLOG November 2011 issue (going on sale September 20). (I personally wish Tachimukai and Genda were on there too, but they aren’t baw~)

The July issue currently on sale now has an 8-page feature on Inazuma Eleven and GO, including exclusive comments from LEVEL-5 President Hino about the possibility of producing an otome game for Inazuma Eleven.

No actual otome game for Inazuma Eleven is officially confirmed yet, but President Hino says he is seriously considering one.

Vote, vote!

News – Level-5 donates 10,000k yen, Inazuma Strikers Delayed, Anime Schedule Update

Level-5 has announced it is donating 10,000,000 yen to the northeast Japan earthquakes and tsunamis relief effort ($125,000). The company is also offering charity contents through Inazuma Mobile for those with cell phones usable in Japan; 100% of the proceeds will go towards charities (more details later).

The official site for Inazuma Strikers has been updated to include Tenma from Inazuma GO, and the release date for the game has been delayed to Summer 2011 instead of the previously announced date of April 28, 2011. Just for note, this delay was announced before the earthquakes occurred.

Among other updates on the site are a new opening by T-Pistonz+KMC, and information on using offense and defense techniques, shoot blocks and long shoots.

Level-5 President Hino has announced this week’s one-hour Danball Senki special will air as scheduled, as well as next week’s Inazuma Eleven. He has been seeing an increase of “your work cheers me up” messages from fans, and he believes it is especially in times like this that we should be doing what we can to cheer up the children.

*edit 3/23* Information on the charity contents through Inazuma Mobile is available from Level-5‘s website (Japanese mobile users only).
